We are officially franchised Vauxhall Authorised Repairers and offer a range of menu priced, fixed price servicing and repairs for Vauxhalls of all ages. Unlike a lot of dealers we welcome older cars & vans and have a range of offers for vehicles over 3 years old'

These include interim service, brake pads, discs & pads, cambelts, clutch, shock absorbers, tyres, battery and exhaust replacement.

There are no hidden extras - our prices are transparent and our quotes are all-inclusive. What you see is what you pay. That includes fitting and VAT. We also promise not to carry out any work unless you've authorised it.

Unlike most fast-fits, you can still make use of our main dealer services including local collection & delivery and lifts home, courtesy cars, daily newspapers and free tea/coffee.


Engine management lights

We have specialist staff who use Vauxhall technical diagnostic tools and computers to find out why an engine management light (also known as the spanner light, warning light, EML, engine light, fault light) is on. Unlike a lot of garages we can normally identify intermittent problems and 'non present' codes even if the light has gone out.

Our charge does not just include a quick 'code read'. It includes the checking procedures required to identify why the light was activated. Sometimes the problem is with the car's software in which case we can update/repair this with the most up-to-date version from Vauxhall.

We use Vauxhall's latest diagnostic tool which is connected to Vauxhall for downloads and updates. It is a modern laptop based unit that is updated with new software regularly by Vauxhall. GDS2 & SPS. It replaces the old Vauxhall Tech 2 & Tech 1 that some garages still use. Other garages use generic equipment (incl. Snap-On Solus, Ethos, Modis and many others). Some of these are very good but they are not Vauxhall specific and most cannot download/update the vehicle software.

We only carry out work that has been agreed with the customer beforehand and quote all-inclusive prices that include labour, parts & VAT.

Our workshop is large and well-equipped with all of the Vauxhall and Chevrolet special tools and diagnostic equipment. We feel it is important to keep up-to-date so we constantly update these as new models, tools & equipment become available.

Free advice

We are always happy to give free advice and to talk problems over with customers. If you car is making a funny noise or if you are not sure about something, why not pop in and talk to us about it? We do not promise to repair it on the spot but we try to look at things while-you-wait and can often diagnose problems quickly and for free. We can then give you a quote and make plans to repair the car with the least possible inconvenience to you.

The team

People are very important in all businesses but they are especially important in a Service Department. We believe that our customers should be able to speak to the same person whenever they visit us and that all staff (whether on Service Reception, in the Parts Department or in the Workshop) should be highly trained, skilled and experienced.

Our Service and Parts Departments operate as one combined department with one Aftersales Manager looking after all Aftersales related matters.

We have a fleet of courtesy cars available for customer use. These have to be booked in advance as there is quite a demand for them.

We have a comfortable waiting room with free tea/coffee, daily newspapers and internet access. A lot of customers prefer us to carry out work while they wait in comfort.

MOT testing

MOT testing

We are MOT testers and can test cars and light vans. MOT tests take around an hour and can be done 'while-you-wait' by prior appointment.


Seasonal checks

Whether you want to protect your car from winter frosts or make sure that your car is ready for your summer holiday, we can carry out a seasonal safety check. This thorough check includes lights, levels (including brake fluid, coolant / antifreeze), tyre and lots more.


Free collection & delivery

We know that getting your car serviced is normally inconvenient so we try our hardest to make this easy for our customers. We can carry out repairs while you wait and offer free local collection & delivery. We can also run you to your home or office (providing it is local to Worthing i.e. Littlehampton to the west, Storrington to the north and Shoreham / Portslade / Steyning to the east). All this is subject to prior appointment.
